The oat flakes are French, which is not trivial when you know that most of the oat flakes used come from Germany. We replace classic sugar with beet syrup from Hauts-de-France, which guarantees a fair purchase price for producers. Unrefined, it is an ideal alternative for your health. Our hazelnut and chocolate supply chains are traced to the producers' cooperative, which guarantees you fair trade ingredients. •Invest in the creation of a short sugar beet sector. We have chosen an organic beet sector to support the “sugar factory” project in which we are a stakeholder. In Hauts de France, it aims to create an alternative sugar sector by promoting regional organic beet and responding to social, ecological, economic and agronomic issues. The project guarantees a fair selling price for beets, while offering innovative products such as beet syrup and complete powdered sugar. With cooperative governance shared between upstream and downstream stakeholders, the micro-sugar mill is part of an approach to territorial development and diversification of agricultural activities.
