OPTIMÆ is a range of alcohol-free, sugar-free and natural spirits, made for mixology.
Designed to bring to cocktails the aromatics that a drink like gin brings to them. OPTIMÆ products are not designed to be consumed alone, even if some of our customers consume them after a meal on a large ice cube.
It is in the heart of the Spirit Valley of Cognac that OPTIMÆ products are distilled in Charentais stills.
Created in La Rochelle and distilled in Cognac.
This drink of a new kind is part of the tradition and the know-how of ancestral techniques. Our first destination is exploring Atlantis. It evokes travel, the freshness of the La Rochelle seafront and an imaginary world through an original recipe.
Optimae already has some renowned clients such as various cocktail bars or gourmet and starred restaurants such as Christopher Coutanceau, Maison Nouvelle by Philippe Etchebest in Bordeaux or Restaurant Origines by Adrien Descoul.
