BREAD MIX - 500 Gr

Naturally gluten-free mix for making millet flour bread.    Recipe for one large or two small loaves 1.Pour the mixture into a bowl.   2.   Add 600ml of lukewarm water and mix.   3.   Add 10g of salt and mix to obtain a soft and homogeneous dough.   4.   Shape the dough into ball(s) on a floured surface.   5.   Leave to rest for 60 minutes under a cloth and bake for 45 minutes at 185°C.    Ingredients: Whole grain rice flour*, blond millet flour*, tapioca starch*, potato starch*, buckwheat flour*, psyllium*, gluten-free yeast, guar gum*. *Organic Agriculture
