Organic Ambrosia Mangetout Peas

The Mangetout pea can be eaten whole, pod and seeds. Compared to green peas, its taste is also sweeter and its pod less tough. The snow pea has the particularity of being easier to grow than “traditional” peas. Its rapid growth will delight the most impatient little gardeners. The pea will prefer a sunny exposure, but will not tolerate too hot sun. The pea will appreciate the presence of the potato, carrot, kohlrabi and radish. However, avoid the company of garlic, onion and shallot.
