🏆 2023 world champion, this beautiful story begins in the kitchen of our grandmothers: Paulette and Jacqueline.
Hence the name “Poline” which is a mixture of their first names.
We created vegetable jams with them. As we grow up, we realize that vegetable jams are not at all known and that they need to be democratized.
This is how Poline was born, original jams to taste like fig jam and to pair with a cheese board, cold meats, pastries, etc. 🧀🧁
Organic, artisanal, vegan, our recipes are reduced in sugar by up to 30%, with an ultra-short list of ingredients and French vegetables 🌱🇫🇷
