This 50% Iberian Acorn-fed Iberian Ham comes from Salamanca and the drying process takes place in the mountains of Granada, with a minimum of 36 months of curing, it is a very well infiltrated fat ham with a touch of salt with an incredible flavor and a mixed texture. This ham will delight our palate, the highest quality in acorn-fed hams. Boneless the piece will weigh approximately half. When boned it remains at a weight of between 4.5-5 kg.
