Here comes another highlight of our pepper collection - our fermented pepper. Traditionally fermented with sea salt, these peppercorns are a real taste miracle and ignite a more intense firework of pepper aromas as a finish. Caution! If you cook it for too long, the essential oils escape. We ferment this pepper ourselves on our organic pepper farm in Cambodia. In recent years we have worked intensively on the very complex fermentation and can therefore offer this gourmet pepper at a special top price.
