Extra virgin olive oil from Crete, Agalma Sitia is a blend of artisanal oils produced in the region of Pediada in the center of the island and rigorously selected. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for the cultivation of olive trees: maximum sunshine in summer, refreshing wind blowing from the Aegean Sea, water supply from the mountains overlooking for the irrigation of olive trees. We thus obtain a fruity green oil, unctuous with the flavor of artichoke and almond, very slightly bitter, light and digestible. It is eaten with your salads, in baking and frying.
