Verjuice is grape juice that has not reached maturity. Acidic and fruity, our verjuice is extracted from native Lebanese grapes with a very concentrated flavor. It replaces lemon or vinegar. Add a few drops to your dressings, sauces and marinades for a tangy note. It is also perfect for adding a touch of acidity to your cocktails! It is a staple in all Lebanese pantries and Middle Eastern cuisine, especially when lemons are out of season or too expensive. Carefully extracted and produced by our cooperative in the Bekaa Valley, our verjuice is prepared in early summer when the grapes are still green.
