The Mood Club was set up to inspire people to get into a positive mindset, a way of living by focusing on the good things, looking at the bigger picture and avoiding overthinking.

Having worked many years in the mental health sector, our founder Fede knows how hard it is to stay positive and feel good while facing the challenges life throws at us.

She wanted to create simple, fun, and practical tools to boost mood, improve wellbeing and embrace small daily positive habits: little steps to feel better right away and to adopt a positive mindset in the long run.

That's why she designed the Mood Cards: to help people thrive in every aspect of life, improve their confidence and resilience, stimulate self-reflection and growth, and learn how to care for themself ✨
