This recipe from Matera in Italy is a combination of legumes and aromatic herbs. It takes about 30 minutes cooking but this cooking time and easy preparation will reward you with an authentic, healthy Italian soup perfect for the whole family. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 30 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring 1 liter of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on a low flame for 30 minutes. Stir spontaneously at convenience during cooking. Season to taste and serve with fresh chopped parsley and olive oil for drizzling. SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper and toasts. WINE PAIRING: Red, medium body wines.
