As a substitute for rice, in salads or desserts, tricolor quinoa provides complex carbohydrates with very little fat, fiber and vegetable protein. It is not necessary to wash the quinoa, since it has been previously washed. Suggestions: once cooked, it can be used in a salad, sautéed with vegetables, meat or fish.
