A lifelong pastry enthusiast, Delphine Louiset discovered in 2015 the possibility of personalizing her biscuits.
She gives some to her children's teachers at the end of the school year: a big success, as well as to her friends who ask for them!
After dozens of tests to find the perfect recipe that would combine visual and taste, she launched her biscuit factory, first from her kitchen; then in a first standard laboratory that she set up in her basement then in a larger lab since January 2020!
