The original Weissacher Tälesbräu beer swab. Just as hot as its big brother, the beer spike, but much more compact and easier for spikes on the go. Perfect for teaching your squirrel* how to foam! The mini beer spike is heated over a gas burner or similar until it glows (about 600°C) and then dipped for a few seconds - with gentle, stirring movements - into the beer that is poured out as foam-free as possible (about 0.25l per glass). On the one hand, the carbon dioxide is released and a wonderfully firm and fine-pored, slightly warmed head of foam is formed. On the other hand, the unfermented residual sugar contained in the beer is caramelized by the enormous heat of the stick and thus releases an incomparable aroma. Overall, this makes the beer wonderfully soft and intense. After spiking, the beer is drunk quickly through the warmed head of foam, which then results in a completely new and fascinating drinking experience due to the temperature difference between beer and foam. Perfect as a supplement to the Stingerbock!
