This semi-fermented Oolong from the Chinese province of Fujian has a convincing taste. Typical are the tightly rolled leaves and the natural fruity sweetness. Oolong is a traditional Chinese tea which is semi-fermented. This places the tea between green and black tea. Green tea is not fermented at all and black tea is fully fermented. Steeping time: 3-4 minutes Water temperature: 90°C
