Wild Garlic Aromatic Olive Oil - 150mL

The pungent and spicy flavors of wild garlic give character to our flavored olive oil. Also called wild garlic, its intense taste is reminiscent of chives and will spice up your daily dishes. This oil will be perfect in pasta and rice, to spice up hummus or artichoke purée, to prepare mashed potatoes. It is ideal as a seasoning for green and mixed salads, as a marinade for meats to be grilled and roasted (rack of lamb). Also to be enjoyed as a drizzle on a fresh goat's cheese. We recommend using it as a finish, after cooking, to preserve its taste properties.
