Resulting from the fermentation of sweet wines, this vinegar is impregnated with the aromatic notes of the oak barrels, from which it draws intense but slightly fruity notes. This vinegar is ideal for enhancing salads and dressings, for spicing up veal and duck meat or to accompany certain desserts such as peaches and vanilla ice cream.
