There are unique ingredients that only the sea can give us, such as its tramuntana, its salt and its depth, its sunrises and sunsets, which dance with the breeze day after day.

Together with chef Paco Pérez we have created our A Mar d'Amunt sauce that will be the perfect combination for our preserves. An appetizer sauce made from seaweed with an acidic and sweet touch thanks to the vinegar and soy marinade. 
The "A Mar d'Amunt" Sauce is special to accompany preserves, fish and seafood. ¿Do you dare to make a special recipe with our preserves and our sauce? Ingredients Apple cider vinegar, water, sea branch (Codium seaweed), rice vinegar, yuzu juice, vegetable sauce with umami (soy) flavor, dehydrated Kombu seaweed, Katsuobushi (dried tuna flakes) and thickener: xanthan gum. Allergens The product contains soy and fish, and may contain traces of mollusks and crustaceans in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food information provided to the consumer.
