He illustrated his point of view by citing several cases of tired people, who regained their form thanks to an iodine supplement or by the simple addition of Herbamare® or Kelpamare® in their recipes. A minimal amount of iodine is enough to cover our needs, but an iodine deficiency can cause serious health problems. It is therefore very important to administer iodine in minimal doses. Traces of iodine are found in salt and seawater, as well as in certain plants, such as Icelandic lichen, usnea, and seaweed such as kelp. By regularly consuming small amounts of these algae or foods that contain them, you can slowly compensate for a deficiency without exposing yourself to the danger of an overdose.
