Oak honeydew

Pyrenees oak honeydew is a unique honey with pronounced aromas. Bees collect nectar from insects (most likely aphids) which feed on the sap of the oak and make this very aromatic honey. With its dark, almost black color, it has aromas of caramel and ripe fruit. Oak honeys are rich in minerals (potassium and iron) and are perfect for athletes, physically tired people and children.
