Floral pearls - Fir balsamic cream

Our Floral Pearls are made from hydrosols of plants and wild flowers. These are harvested by hand in the Massif du Canigou, in the Catalan Pyrenees, then patiently distilled in a copper still to obtain essential oils. Unique set of flavors, textures and colors, floral pearls are small, gel-like spheres containing a liquid heart. They will bring a dazzling touch to your cocktails, salads and culinary and gastronomic preparations.
