During the aging process our Cellar Master has blended a subtle and elegant cognac with a particular honey with intense aromas. She has selected a honey from a single origin for its typical and unique taste, produced in the forests of Charente. Elegant and subtle, expressing flowery tones from both honey and Cognac: jasmine, violet, honeysuckle and rose petals. Then come the warm and delicate sensations of spices and candied oranges.
