The Giusti monolegns represent an experimentation that comes from the first recipes of Giuseppe Giusti's Great Deposit. Thanks to the passage of the product in barrels of different woods, typical of the Rincalzi and Travasi method, a great wealth of aromas and aromas is given to the product. Further maturation of the product in small single-wood barrels has allowed the distinctive characteristics of each wood to be concentrated in each of these condiments: the vanilla notes of the oak, the strong and pungent aromatic notes of the juniper and the spicy and sweet notes of the cherry.
