Pearls with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP

Small and soft sweet and sour pearls with a liquid heart based on “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP”, obtained from cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes of our production aged at least 6 years in precious oak barrels. Perfect for giving a touch of refinement and taste to all dishes, they are characterized by a strong sweet and sour flavour. Format: 50 g glass jar.
