The Remigio Spiga vinegar factory was born in 1961 in Cagliari in Sardinia. Being the region with a strong wine-growing vocation, it was easy to find the raw material and therefore obtain an excellent wine vinegar. The company was born as an artisan one as the type of work was almost completely manual, but over the years it has become a modern factory equipped with the latest technological innovations able to guarantee a highly safe product from an organoleptic and microbiological point of view. The company is the only producer of wine vinegar in Sardinia and its products are appreciated by the final consumer as well as by the catering sector.
