VERNACCIA WINE VINEGAR

Vernaccia wine vinegar is obtained from the acetification of Vernaccia wine from the Tirso Valley. The acetic degree is 7.5%, it has an amber color and an aroma that recalls the raw material. from which it is obtained. Excellent for seasoning but also for marinating and cooking.
