Organic Sweet Fennel essential oil

Fennel essential oil, in 10 ml format, is carefully extracted from fennel seeds by our producers in Spain. 

This essential oil offers a delicate, slightly aniseed and herbaceous aroma.

 Fennel is a perennial plant with a height of 1 to 2 meters. Originally from the Mediterranean basin, fennel has been cultivated since Antiquity. 

Ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilizations used it as both a medicinal plant and food.

 The leaves and stems of fennel can be harvested throughout the year, while the seeds are usually harvested when the umbels have dried out.

 Fennel seeds are used to prepare a popular drink in France called "pastis".
