Organic Myrrh essential oil

Myrrh essential oil, in 5 ml format, is extracted from the resin of the myrrh tree, by our Somali producers. 

This essential oil gives off a warm, woody aroma that transports the senses.

 Myrrh is a thorny shrub that grows mainly in arid regions. 

Reaching a maximum height of 5 meters, it has compound leaves and white or yellow flowers.

 Somalia is recognized as one of the main producing countries. 

Harvesting usually involves cutting the bark of the tree to allow the resin to flow out. 

The resin is then left to dry on the tree or harvested for later drying. 

Dried myrrh comes in brown or yellow drops, granules, or solid pieces.

 Since ancient times, it has been widely known and revered for its medicinal, cosmetic and religious properties. 

It was used in religious rituals, perfumes, ointments, medicines and embalming processes. 

Its value and cultural importance have spanned the ages, making it a precious and sought-after substance in many civilizations. ________ Directions for use: One or two drops to flavor culinary preparations. 

As a herbal tea: 1 to 2 drops in honey, diluted in a lukewarm infusion. ________ Precautions for use: Keep out of reach of children. 

Do not use pure or diluted in water.
