A few years ago, we wanted to change our professional direction and create a human-sized craft business to find some peace of mind. This is how ADAL TERRA was born, a name that evokes the nobility of the earth, mixing the noble (adal in Germanic, Aline's first name) and the earth in Latin, symbol of the natural element par excellence.
We produce natural and plant-based specialties produced in the Grand Est with French and unprocessed raw materials & based exclusively on ancient wheat, legumes and cereals, a large part of which comes from the region.
Transparent composition, gentle processing and no additives!
Certified in organic farming and biodynamic farming by Demeter France, they are 100% natural, without additives and without materials of animal origin. They therefore fit perfectly into the framework of a diet suitable for everyone (vegan, halal and kosher).
