Oatmeal is particularly rich in fiber. It is therefore very filling and brings a rapid feeling of satiety, while preserving a low GI. Our flours are freshly ground on the Astiré mill. A mill that produces the best quality flour, as efficiently as possible. With an extraction rate of at least 80% in a single pass, the flour is neither heated nor oxidized.
