A subtle blend of small and large spelt in a bread that is both nourishing and beneficial. A unique fusion promising an unexpected taste revelation. Our French flours are freshly ground on an Astrié mill, a mill which allows us to obtain the best quality flour, as efficiently as possible. With an extraction rate of at least 80% in a single pass, the flour is neither heated nor oxidized. This effectively produces flour of exceptional nutritional finesse, a true reflection of our wheat or cereals.
