After my studies as a chocolatier in the Pyrenees, I had the opportunity to work for many years with a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier. This allowed me to develop my know-how and learn unique techniques. To make my products as beautiful as they are good, I have chosen to work wherever possible with local producers (flour, eggs, butter, cream, honey...).
I fell under the spell of the village of Saint Julien d'Ance, and it was in Haute-Loire that I settled to create my manufacturing workshop.
