The ALJEZUR tea towel is inspired by the Portuguese tradition of decorative tiles, which have been a form of expression in Portugal for over five centuries. Azulejos reflect the country’s history and culture and their aesthetic inspired us to create this modern woven jacquard pattern. This linen & cotton tea towel dries dishes perfectly and quick, leaving no traces or stripes. After weaving, it is being treated with a stonewash finishing, which gives it an extra soft and gentle touch and ages beautifully, getting softer every time you wash it.
