Ingredients: 100% Italian linden honey. Net weight: 100 g This honey is normally crystallized. The color is clear, with a bright yellow hue. The smell and aroma are very typical: the smell recalls the scent of flowers only in the purest and freshest honeys: more often the similarity can be made with the infusion of linden flowers. The aroma, to most people, recalls that of mint, the "pharmacy" smell, or the taste of fresh walnuts: it is very persistent. It is a pasty and amber honey.
