Extra virgin olive oil is a tradition that has been part of our family for 4 generations now.
We are located a few km from Lecce, in the heart of Salento where the sea breeze mixes with the sun-baked earth, giving life to a unique product.
We are an agricultural company managed by two young entrepreneurs, with more than 40 hectares of olive groves and a modern continuous line oil mill with cold extraction.
We are certified organic and IGP Puglia.
The experience gained over the years and the continuous search for new and innovative cultivation techniques are present in every single drop of our
extra virgin.
The harvest takes place mechanically by picking the fruit from the tree, the extraction takes place cold, the storage in steel silos under nitrogen. Filtering also occurs with modern techniques, avoiding contact with oxygen.
We take care of all the details to give our customers a genuine and characteristic local product. In our production cycle nothing is considered waste, all by-products are reused and valorised: olive stone is used in the company as fuel to heat the entire structure and the water, the pomace is used in the nearby biogas plant to be converted in methane gas; the vegetation waters are used to irrigate the fields.
