For this Walnut Pesto, we chose to combine summer and fall. The combination of fresh basil, hand-stalked in our workshops, and walnuts harvested in Isère, invites you to discover this classic recipe in a revisited version. Walnut Pesto will surprise you with the natural aroma of basil, which is powerful but very delicate on the palate. The nut is lightly crushed to add texture and crunch. Composition: Walnut pesto: Organic olive oil, basil, walnuts (18%), Parmesan AOP (milk), garlic, pepper, salt. Store in a cool place after opening.
