Barbecue Sauce 215g A sweet and smoky sauce that has flavor! Tomatoes and carrots from France! A recipe made with tomatoes and carrots from France, Dijon mustard and IGP Modena balsamic vinegar. A less liquid texture than classic barbecue sauces, thanks to the addition of carrot which makes it more textured and also less acidic than with 100% tomato. A touch of IGP Provence flower honey for the sweet note that will appeal to both children and adults. Composition: Tomatoes (origin France) 19.2%, tomato concentrate 16%, vinegar, sugar, carrot, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), smoked paprika 2.5%, spices, balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP, Provence flower honey IGP, salt, garlic, onion.
