Since 1997, I have chosen each fruit with passion and precision, taking care to select its variety, its origin and the perfect moment of its maturity to transcribe a unique aromatic profile. I wanted to create a collection of varietal grape juice to capture their characteristics, without any fermentation and even before any winemaking process. Chardonnay, this clear juice with a slightly veiled fluid texture, seduces with its aromas of pear and quince, its honeyed notes and its roundness. Merlot, with its beautiful red-purple hue, is distinguished by its aromatic richness, its notes of blueberry and wood, and its slight bitterness. Finally, the Cabernet Rosé, with its unique old pink tones, surprises with its complexity, its notes of dried fig and white wood, its beautiful balance and its elegant persistence.
