ALBERO NATUR started cultivating and processing organic cotton in Turkey in 2013 to make underwear and socks. Our head office is in Bremen, Germany, while production facilities are in Izmir and Istanbul, Turkey.
Our products are made exclusively from organic cotton, grown without the use of pesticides, insecticides and artificial fertilizers. Crop rotation is carried out every two to three years, using only natural fertilizers. Only biological methods are used to control weeds and pests in order to maintain the ecological balance in the cultivation area and to protect the health of the workers.
The entire production process from cotton cultivation to the finished product takes place in Turkey in order to avoid unnecessary transport routes. Every step is GOTS certified and monitored by an independent and internationally recognized organization.
