                            Tonka Bean Vanilla Rum is somewhere between dry and sweet. This nectar, softened at first by Madagascar vanilla, hides a tonic and almondy side on the significant end of the tonka bean. Our limited editions are aged for 6 months in new oak barrels of 28L and 50L or less than 2 years old. There are therefore no more than 100 bottles per vintage, the equivalent of 2 barrels maximum.
