The nose reveals a scent of ripe banana, intense but delicate. 
In the mouth, a surprising sensation of freshness sets in.    A unique rum, brilliantly combining richness and balance!    Base: organic sugar cane from Peru, Colombia and Paraguay and organic molasses from Paraguay.    Distillation on Charentais and Stupfler® stills. Aging in acacia, oak and cherry barrels. No addition of sugars or other additives to preserve the purity of the product.
