High-fiber food with bulking agents The small fiber-rich seeds of psyllium (Plantago Afra) are ideal for upgrading a diet that is often low in fiber. The water-binding and swelling properties of psyllium also have a positive effect on the intestinal flora. Ingredients: psyllium, whole Vegan and naturally lactose and gluten free. Application Use: Add 5g (about 1 heaped teaspoon) to 200ml of liquid twice a day and allow to swell for about 20 minutes. Then consume pure or stirred into muesli, quark, yoghurt or desserts. Drink 1-2 glasses of liquid afterwards. Note: When consuming fiber, make sure you drink enough fluids! Store dry and out of heat.
