French Grain Knack Mustard 350G

Knack Mustard is an original recipe, sweet and spicy, enhanced with honey and herbs. It is specially designed so that its sweet and spicy taste goes well with the aromatic smokiness of Knack d’Alsace and Alsatian charcuterie. The Alsace knack, also called Strasbourg sausage, owes its name to the sound it makes when bitten into. This sausage is an essential garnish for sauerkraut and potato salads, where it will be enhanced by this beautiful, spicy yellow mustard. Knacks Mustard is made in Alsace with mustard seeds grown in Alsace by our partner farmers. It contains no additives, colorants or preservatives. It accompanies the traditional Alsatian snack with a pair of Alsatian knacks and a little bread. It can also be enjoyed with cold meats, cervelas, sausage pastries or kassler. In summer, it will be wonderful with barbecued sausages and will accompany a potato salad.
