Strong in taste, horseradish is distinguished by its spicy flavor. This version, milder than plain horseradish, reveals a very light horseradish. Ready-to-use recipe, sweet horseradish is very easy to spread. Ideal for enhancing aperitif toasts, for example with smoked trout, but also sandwiches and surimis. It is used like a mustard on the edge of a plate, and enhances smoked fish, cold meats or even fondue bourguignonne. Practical ! Choose horseradish in a tube for optimal use.
