The story begins when Valentin decides to quit baking after graduating. He was introduced to jam making with his grandmother on a summer afternoon. The contact of the fruits and this alchemy with the sugar that takes place during cooking are fascinating. It's decided, after some work to transform a double garage at his grandparents', the little jam factory was born. He had already thought of the name of his brand which is the nickname he gives to his niece, Alice. Fruit chosen from the best varieties, beautiful copper basins, short cooking and a certain dexterity ensure quality production.
