French organic adzuki bean - 500g

Also called “little bean” or “lucky bean”, the Azuki bean is appreciated for its sweet flavor and its subtle nutty taste. There are many ways to cook it: hummus, mash, soup, wrap, bolognese, chili sin/con carne, vegetarian galette, salad, chocolate cake. Originally from the Asian continent, it is a key ingredient in Japanese pastry thanks to its slightly sweet flavor and ultra-melting texture. Cultivated on our lands in the South-West, this bean is bagged in our workshop.
