A flavored Trapani salt with black pepper heat in combination with lime that lifts most dishes. Inspired by a Cambodian recipe. The salt ads a nice flavor to chicken, seafood and root vegetables. Fits not only as a finishing salt at the dining table but also flavor enhancer in cooking. The salt we infuse with high quality spices and freeze-dried fruits is a Sicilian sea salt. The salt is harvested by hand in 3,000-year-old and WWF-protected salt basins in Trapani on the northwest coast of Sicily. It is an unrefined salt in its natural form.
