Sea salt Lime Ginger Bird’s eye chili

A flavored Trapani salt with a floral and fresh scent. An all-round salt with a nice balanced taste that lifts most ingredients. With a hint from the Bird's Eye Chili in the endnotes. Works nicely as a finishing salt at the table. The salt we infuse with high quality spices and freeze-dried fruits is a Sicilian sea salt. The salt is harvested by hand in 3,000-year-old and WWF-protected salt basins in Trapani on the northwest coast of Sicily. It is an unrefined salt in its natural form.
