Nural- 34 Gray (1 Tablet 50 Grams). -1 Pill 50 grams. -Pattex Nural 34 glues, fills, rebuilds and seals (cracks, holes, fissures and joints) permanently.  Once hardened it can be sanded, polished, drilled, machined and painted. -Adheres to iron, steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, nickel-plated steel, aluminum, copper, brass, tin and lead.  It is also suitable for glass, crystal, fiberglass, plastics, wood, marble, cement and uralite. -Instructions for use: 1.  The surfaces to be joined must be clean of dust and grease.  To do this, they can be cleaned with alcohol or acetone. 2.  Sand surfaces whenever possible.  Adhesion on rough surfaces is greater than on smooth surfaces. 3.  Cut portions equal in volume (equal length) from both components.  4.  Knead until you get a uniform color.  Gloves are recommended. 5.  Apply the product.  Ensure good contact with the surface to be repaired. -Mixing and handling time: 1 hour is available to mix and apply the product. -Handling time: 3 hours.  Do not move or subject to tension until this time has passed. -Hardening time: After 6 hours it resists 30 Kg/cm2.  This resistance allows the product to be sanded, machined or drilled.  These values ​​are valid for temperatures between 20 and 25º C.  To accelerate hardening, the joint or repair can be subjected to a temperature of about 70º C; on the contrary, low temperatures delay hardening.  While hardening, it is recommended to keep the joined or repaired piece above 15º C. -Thermal resistance: -30º C to +150º C.  In joints subjected to high stresses, it is recommended not to exceed +70º C. -Shear tensile strength (EN 1465): 50 Kg/cm2 (24 hours, 23º C, steel).
