Marinated in a spicy marinade of beer, onions and spices, it tastes great freshly grilled with sautéed onions and a layer of mustard on fresh farmhouse bread. Our Rostbrätel mustard has the right aroma for this speciality – medium-hot mustard refined with tomato ketchup made from sun-ripened tomatoes, garlic and a handful of spices!
